Gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp) is a popular Spanish dish found principally in the south and center of Spain. I found Gambas al ajillo on a television program that I happened to see. It looks good and tastes good. Furthermore, it's very easy to cook. It is just right for me. I don't like complicated recipes. Ingredients are very simple...
